Bradford pear trees are in bloom (I'm thinking perhaps a little too early), and look like giant cotton balls throughout my neighborhood. Of course they smell like rotting fish, but you give some and you take some.
I'm always torn by excitement for flowers and spring breeze and sadness for the end of snow at this time of year. I still have a few months of winter left though...
I am a 29-year-old wife of a chef and mother of a little boy and girl, 2 cats and a dog. I have lived in Durham for 6 years, before that, Chapel Hill, Raleigh, Morganton, Poughkeepsie, New York, and Johnson City, Tennessee. I love to travel and experience customs unlike ours here in America. I love to photograph all of my experiences, new and old, and am pleased that I can do that for a living. I am also a writer and graphic designer in the Triangle area. My passions are photography, writing, eating, dancing, singing, cats, traveling, hiking, scrapbooking, chocolate, wine, talking, listening, movies, books, clothes, my husband. Did I leave anything out?
