The one that looks like I cut it myself with a jagged rock. Granted, in this photo it is straightened and much tamer than the half curly/half straight version.

I think it looks lovely and I maintain that your coworkers who made those comments are asses.
It does look great, my first impression was that you look so much like Melissa (your Melissa, not Soban). If you do it curlyish again I'd love to see a pic of that too :)
