In the past week hubby and I have been on numerous car rides, most of them destination Target – the best place on earth besides the wine store or A.C. Moore. What I’ve noticed is that if I get in the car after hubby has returned home from work, usually there is a Bone Thugs N Harmony CD playing. This is some very R-rated, very thuggish rap from the late 90s. We both used to love it in our day.
But if I get in hubby’s car after say a trip to Target or to the pediatrician, hubby instead has the radio tuned to the classical station. My guess is that he does this for baby Caleb’s infant listening pleasure. I wonder if Caleb would object with a piercing little squeal from his car seat if hubby were to blast some hard-core rap instead.
I think it’s darling that hubby assumes Caleb has a musical preference at 1 week, 3 days old. But that’s why I love that man – always thinking of others.

That's very sweet. Isn't it amazing to watch the man you love grow from a wonderful husband to an amazing father? Their love shows no bounds. It's been one of my most treasured experiences since becoming a mother.
