Spicy little treat

When I go to A Southern Season in Chapel Hill I tend to get very sidetracked. About an hour into my trip there and after I've smelled every coffee bean and salivated over all the chocolates, you can find me somewhere amongst the embroidered napkins or the Vietri dish displays. My visits to the store are never productive, as I cannot afford to buy many things there and I'm typically lost in all the wrong places.
Leave it to my husband to make a quick run into the warehouse-sized store, head straight to the meat counter, and grab some Andouille sausage with intentions to cook a fantastic dinner. Not only that, but hubby actually comes home and makes a fantastic jambalaya with the delicious andouille sausage. Kudos to him for self-control and the ability to make his wife very happy.
