They had a really good turnout this year, even though the skies spelled rain. The photos were all so beautiful and I always have such a difficult time narrowing down the winners. Luckily I get to select a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winner within each category and then a grand-prize winner.
After I'm done judging I get to go wind my way through their tremendous rose garden. I only brought my little point-and-shoot Canon along for the ride, but am very pleased with the photos it takes (Thank you Kristin for the camera recommendation).

Breathtaking! I can see why you love that j-o-b.... I would find it hard to decide on my fav out of YOUR shots...with your point and shoot....I really can almost smell the roses....
Ok, so I was going to say which was my favorite photo and even went back to look at them again, but I can't choose one. The photos are great. Thanks for sharing them.
Outstanding photos and what a fun job! I think of yours I'd pick 1030, or 1045. 990, 991, 993, and... well, I love them all! I think it's harder to narrow it down to 3 than just picking 1. Always happy to recommend Canon ;)
