Remember when I posted about my dearest friends Misty and Brandon and their sweet marriage proposal back in May? Well the wedding planning has begun and a date has been set – March 26, 2011. Misty asked me to be the Matron of Honor, and yes, I am very honored. With that role comes many fun tasks including engagement portraits. I took these photos (and many more) about a week ago in downtown Durham in 98-degree weather. The happy couple didn't let the heat get to them one bit. They were pleasant and gorgeous the entire photo shoot.
These are so good. I know she will have a hard time deciding on the ONE for the announcement. I will be looking forward to keeping up with the planning on your blog. Love you.
I am a 29-year-old wife of a chef and mother of a little boy and girl, 2 cats and a dog. I have lived in Durham for 6 years, before that, Chapel Hill, Raleigh, Morganton, Poughkeepsie, New York, and Johnson City, Tennessee. I love to travel and experience customs unlike ours here in America. I love to photograph all of my experiences, new and old, and am pleased that I can do that for a living. I am also a writer and graphic designer in the Triangle area. My passions are photography, writing, eating, dancing, singing, cats, traveling, hiking, scrapbooking, chocolate, wine, talking, listening, movies, books, clothes, my husband. Did I leave anything out?
