Breaking out the grill

Our first grilled product of the season was Bar-B-Q chicken, shrimp and vegetable kabobs. Hubby broke out the grill yesterday.

 

We paired the kabobs with a homegrown spinach and arugula salad.


Hubby has been hard at work growing lettuces, herbs and veggies this spring.


Dinner, which we enjoyed al fresco on the sun porch, was paired with a rosato from Wine Authorities. 


The first of many fantastic dinners outdoors.
